Roast Prime Rib With A jus Gravy.
The King of all the cuts of prime beef is the Standing Rib Roast. This delicious roast is prepared by first marinating it overnight. Our marinade gently adds flavor to the beef without masking the natural taste of the beef. The beef is oven roasted at a moderate temperature on the bottom of a roasting pan frequently basted in it's own juices. This is our favorite way to roast because we believe it brings out the most flavor in meat. Slow roasting creates a crisp outside and tender center. Each slice of Prime Rib will be juicy and flavorful. After roasting the pan juices are combined with beef stock and made into a thin natural sauce, A jus Gravy. We serve each one of our guests an entire rib with A jus Gravy spooned over the rib. A gravy boat with additional A jus Gravy should be brought to your dining table. Guests spoon additional gravy in to their plates to dip their Yorkshire Pudding. We all wish you love and peace throughout this Holiday Season.
